About We Fly By Five
We Fly By 5 is a Diving Plongeon Canada program run locally
through our affiliate club, White rock Divers. The We Fly By 5 program is designed for children ages 3-5 as an introductory fundamental movement program. The goal of the program is to introduce children to movement using
their imaginations in a safe and welcoming environment.

Class description:
This class is designed to help preschool aged children grow and develop independence through a 45 min interactive, action packed class. Students participate on their own, independent of parents or caregivers. We work on social skills, coordination, flexibility, spatial awareness, balance and of course fun! Coach will demonstrate how they can learn motor skills through free play, songs, games, creative movement and circuits.
Wednesdays: 12:00-12:45pm
Class description:
Independent learner class offer children a safe environment to move, play and learn. Coach will demonstrate how they can learn motor skills through free play, songs, games, creative movement and circuits. This class allows children to build new skills, participate in specialized activities that are geared toward building strength, balance, flexibility and coordination.
